Lindsay family apartments are the most respectful clean and maintained apartments. The manager and the maintenance Rosa and Raymond are amazing and kind caring people, these apartments are safe they are well taken. Care of and all the residents are happy and able to enjoy life thanks to Rosa and Raymond . I would honestly not knoe what to do if they were to ever leave this place . My family has never been more happy as we are now that we are part of lindsay family apartments. I have to say that its a blessing to know my family is safe and Raymond is a huge part of why we feel so safe . We are blessed to be here and wanna thank you so much for having us . This community is definitely one of kind 😇

This is absolutely the most beautiful property nestled alongside the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas 🌄 hands down! Upmost professional management 👌. I've never seen such a very well kept property. The Management, Mr and Mrs Guerrero, are amazing, caring and very attentive to the tenants needs. One could not ask for a more serene location. I love the community in all.

"*****" The Pros; Upmost professional management 👌. The Management, Mr and Mrs Guerrero, are amazing, caring and very attentive to the tenants needs. They go above and beyond. Absolutely wonderful and blessed people. And so are most of the residents. *The Cons; Quite a few upgrades needed; -Driveway and parking lot desperately needs replaced. -The property owners should also consider reverting the solar energy to the resident's that its producing for their profit. The residents are faced with high electricity costs due to the insufficient and poor insulation.

Absolutely wonderful and blessed people. And so are most of the residents. ** The Cons; A few upgrades needed; - Driveway and parking lot desperately needs replaced. It is so worn to the point it looks like a dirt lot. - Un-ruly residents that like to take advantage of management. Especially on management's days off. For example; Filthy, smelly trash bags will sit rotting in the sun every weekend in front of their doors or on patios. Or trash thrown all over property and dumpster areas, such a Shame! And who cleans it up? Maintenence. Who are busy enough. Seriously, It really is disturbing how disgusting and FILTHY some people are, they need to move to a less maintained property. - The property owners should also consider proper insulation and should revert the solar energy this property is producing for their own profit..... back to the resident's who are faced with high electricity costs. It would only be fair to the residents, whom most are low-income, are faced with high electricity costs due to the insufficient and poor insulation.

I absolutely love living at this apartment complex. The property is always clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. Everyone here is friendly, polite, and welcoming, which truly makes it feel like home. The office managers are amazing, very kind, attentive, and always willing to help whenever something is needed. Their professionalism and care really make a difference. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Always keeps up on everything that needs to be fixed there on top of everything always, the manager is amazing always gives an ear to someone very sweet and supportive, honestly I don’t think I’ll ever leave, it’s a healthy environment nothing but awesome neighbors where u can even trust a package outside and it not be taken. I am thankful for the manager and the maintenance guy for all they do for everyone that lives here
