"*****" The Pros; Upmost professional management ð. The Management, Mr and Mrs Guerrero, are amazing, caring and very attentive to the tenants needs. They go above and beyond. Absolutely wonderful and blessed people. And so are most of the residents.
** The Cons;
A few upgrades needed;
- Driveway and parking lot desperately needs replaced. It is so worn to the point it looks like a dirt lot.
- Un-ruly residents that like to take advantage of management. Especially on management's days off.
For example; Filthy, smelly trash bags will sit rotting in the sun every weekend in front of their doors or on patios. Or trash thrown all over property and dumpster areas, such a Shame! And who cleans it up? Maintenence. Who are busy enough. Seriously, It really is disturbing how disgusting and FILTHY some people are, they need to move to a less maintained property.
- The property owners should also consider proper insulation and should revert the solar energy this property is producing for their own profit..... back to the resident's who are faced with high electricity costs.
It would only be fair to the residents, whom most are low-income, are faced with high electricity costs due to the insufficient and poor insulation.
